Fischer Brewery was founded in 1821 in Schiltigheim near Strasbourg, France, as a family business. Strasbourg is the heart of Alsace, and it is a cultural bridge between France and Germany. Historically, Strasbourg has always been a crossover of European business, culture and art. That is why it was chosen as the capital city of the European Union.

This region of France is also famous for its passion and tradition of brewing. This is due to its microclimate that gives a unique taste and excellent quality to the hops and barley grown here.
