Baugniet Charles Louis
(1814—1886)
Charles Baugniet was a Belgian portrait painter and lithographer. He published albums of lithographed portraits of politicians, artists and musicians. In 1841 he was appointed Draftsman to the King by Leopold of Belgium. In 1843 he moved to London, and in 1860 he moved to Paris.
