Rabinoviz Aleksander Ziskind (Azar)

Alexander Ziskind Rabinowitz was the prominent writer and public figure, who published over a hundred books and booklets, and who was the pioneer writer of the new social story in Hebrew. Rabinowitz moved to Tel Aviv in 1906, and served as a teacher and as a librarian of "Sha'ar Zion", the biggest public library in Tel Aviv which was later to become the city public library.
